Ha'apai is a group of islands in Tonga, 17 of which are inhabited. The Tongatapu group lies to the south of Ha'apai and the Vava'u group lie to the north. Lifuka and Foa Islands are the main two islands of Ha'apai. Here time stands still, there are no crowds or queues. Located on Lifuka, Pangai is the administrative capital of Ha'apai.
