The Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa is an all-bungalow resort, with the charming thatched bungalows well spaced for privacy.

Garden Bungalow – Nestled in coconut groves, the Garden Bungalows at our Aitutaki beach resort offer a secluded garden setting. Located centrally to all resort facilities, including the restaurants, freshwater swimming pool, and gorgeous island beaches.

Beachfront Bungalow – The Beachfront Bungalows sit on the fine white sands of Motu Akitua and look out across the translucent aqua waters of the O'otu (Full Moon) Channel towards Aitutaki Lagoon, including views of the main island with its rustling palm trees. The Beachfront Bungalows at our Aitutaki beach resort also include its own private balcony with loungers overlooking the blue lagoon.

Deluxe Beachfront Bungalow – The spacious Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows are located on absolute beachfront upon the island's pristine white sand shores with a spectacular, uninterrupted view of the vast blue of Aitutaki Lagoon. The super-king-size bed sits on a raised platform, affording a view directly from the bedroom across the sitting area and out towards the world-famous Aitutaki Lagoon. A few steps from your Aitutaki beach resort bungalow you can relax in a hammock strung between two coconut palms.

Overwater Bungalow – The Cook Islands' only Overwater Bungalows. Quintessentially Polynesian experience complete with thatched roof, pandanus-lined walls, beautiful appointments, a refreshing open-air shower, and direct access to the inviting lagoon waters. Guests booked into an Overwater Bungalow at our Aitutaki beach resort enjoy uninterrupted panoramic vistas of stunning Aitutaki Lagoon. Wide-opening sliding doors open onto the lagoonfront verandah and steps meander directly down to the inviting waters of Aitutaki Lagoon.

About Aitutaki

Aitutaki is an island in the Cook Islands, a 45-minute flight from the capital island of Rarotonga. Aitutaki lagoon and its islands are breathtakingly beautiful—small palm trees fringe the island, with shallow, warm turquoise waters, corals, tropical fish and blue skies. The lagoon is large, taking about an hour in a boat to cross it.

One-Foot Island is a must see with blue lagoons and white sandy beach, one of the most remote in the world. There are beaches for swimming, you can walk around the island. Best snorkelling seems to be around the island past the rock ledge, towards the reef.
